Assembly
Our Printed Circuit Board assembly service uses a number of automated technologies to assemble your PCBs. Based in the UK we are fully RoHs compliant and have used lead free processing every step of the way for over 10 years.
Specialising in both Surface Mount Technologies (SMT) and Through Hole PCB assembly our staff are highly skilled and have years of experience. With each job having a set of detailed comprehensive instructions we ensure the highest standards are met. Our staff are extensively trained in the hazards of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and several ESD precautions such as wrist straps, ESD jackets and ESD safe tools are used in order to minimise the potential damage that can be caused through electrostatic discharge.
Circuit Board Manufacturing
With nearly 40 years experience in circuit board manufacturing we have built an outstanding reputation for quality and all of our boards are assembled to IPC-A-610 standards.
Our PCBs are assembled in our factory in Rotherham, South Yorkshire and great care is taken to ensure their protection throughout the process. Conformal coating (dipping or spray) can be applied if required. Moisture sensitive components are stored in desiccant dry cabinets.
Traceability is important to us and so all of our boards are marked with a serial number.
